Client Experience Consultant – Independent

📋 Description

• Engage with clients to comprehend their preferences, financial plans, and travel aspirations

• Investigate destinations, vendors, and available promotions

• Craft personalized itineraries for vacations, cruises, and group events

• Organize reservations encompassing flights, accommodations, cruises, transportation, and activities

• Provide clients with comprehensive information regarding schedules, documentation, and policies

• Keep precise records of bookings, payments, and client interactions

• Oversee reservations and offer assistance with changes or support as required

• Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals

• Engage in continuous training and professional growth
