This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Each day, you will engage in phone conversations with clients to assess their situations, determine our ability to assist them, and provide guidance on subsequent steps.
• You will become knowledgeable in a complex and fascinating field, learn to efficiently navigate our internal technology platforms and tools (such as Salesforce), and support hundreds of individuals—each with their own unique stories—on a weekly basis.
• Your performance will be evaluated and rewarded based on the positive impact you make on our clients.
• The discussions are incredibly fulfilling, and clients express deep gratitude. You will need to handle conversations about sensitive and personal issues, offering guidance with care and efficiency while managing a variety of interactions throughout the day.
• You possess a Bachelor’s degree from a prestigious four-year university, demonstrating strong academic achievements.
• You have at least one year of professional experience beyond internships (lengthy internships may be considered).
• You have a genuine concern for others and can engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds; you’re capable of being supportive to someone in crisis while effectively steering the discussion.
• You are a fast learner and proficient writer, able to grasp complex new subjects and tools when provided with guidance and support.
• You exhibit a strong work ethic and can manage multiple competing priorities effectively.

• You have prior experience in a high-volume, high-performing service/sales/support team at a company renowned for exceptional customer service.
• You have completed a socially-oriented, hands-on internship or possess considerable volunteer experience.
