This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ You will be responsible for handling customer calls, capturing incoming leads, processing orders, and scheduling appointments, all from the convenience of your home.
β’ In this position, you will manage inbound calls and relay messages to our clients in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
β’ You will operate from your computer throughout your shift, consistently working 40 hours each week, including a minimum of 8 hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
β’ A growth-oriented mindset, eager to acquire new knowledge.
β’ A strong passion for customer service, maintaining a warm and positive tone in every interaction.
β’ People-centric, approachable, and proficient in active listening.
β’ Reliable and punctual in attendance.

β’ Willingness to complete an introductory learning and development phase at satisfactory levels.
