This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
β’ Managing customer calls, capturing incoming leads, processing orders, and scheduling appointments.
β’ Enjoying the flexibility of working from your own home.
β’ Handling inbound calls and efficiently forwarding messages to clients in a dynamic environment.
β’ Utilizing a computer for the entire duration of the shift.
β’ Consistently working 40 hours per week, including a minimum of 8 hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays.
β’ Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
β’ A growth mindset with a strong enthusiasm for learning new skills.
β’ A genuine passion for customer service, maintaining a warm and positive tone in every interaction.
β’ People-oriented, friendly, and possesses good listening skills.
β’ Reliable and punctual, showing up when expected.
β’ Proficient computer skills, including typing abilities.
β’ Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure situations.
β’ Willingness to engage in an introductory learning and development phase with satisfactory performance.
