This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ You will be responsible for handling customer calls, capturing incoming leads, processing orders, and scheduling appointments.
β’ In this position, you will manage inbound calls and relay messages to our clients in a dynamic environment.
β’ You will be working from your computer throughout your shift, typically committing to 40 hours per week, with a minimum of 8 hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

β’ A strong passion for customer service, delivering a warm and positive tone in every interaction.
β’ People-oriented, friendly, and adept at listening.
β’ Reliable and punctual in attendance.
β’ Proficient computer skills, including typing capabilities.
β’ Ability to maintain composure and efficiency in high-pressure situations.
β’ Willingness to complete a foundational learning and development phase at satisfactory levels.
