Client Executive – Private Client Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Acquire and cultivate new business leads from Producers while pinpointing cross-sell opportunities.

• Oversee renewal business and pursue additional lines of coverage.

• Assess client coverage portfolios to establish cross-selling prospects.

• Provide account servicing and claims support.

• Analyze exposure bases to detect program shortcomings and devise marketing strategies.

• Complete applications, secure quotes, negotiate premiums and commissions, and prepare proposals and presentations.

• Bind coverage, identify gaps, and ascertain suitable coverage levels.

• Meet with clients as necessary or as instructed by the Producer.

• Review accounting history, address inquiries, rectify discrepancies, and contact clients for receivable collections.

• Act as a technical expert to assist in resolving complex issues.

• Collect fees and reconcile outstanding balances within 90 days of invoicing.

• Ensure complete and accurate data within the agency management system.

• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience in Private Client/High Net Worth insurance is required.

• Valid insurance license is mandatory.

• Must consistently fulfill Continuing Education requirements for license renewal.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledgeable about a broad range of customizable coverages for private clients.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong problem-solving and time management capabilities.

• Effective planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.

• Strong interpersonal abilities.

• Capable of building trust and de-escalating concerns.
