This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the overall client relationship, revenue performance, and growth strategy for a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for OpenText within designated accounts.
• Engage with C-suite executives and align their business priorities with OpenText solutions.
• Develop and implement multi-year account strategies aimed at driving revenue growth, ensuring forecast accuracy, and facilitating account expansion.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with business and technology leaders.
• Identify opportunities to enhance OpenText's presence within the enterprise.
• Coordinate efforts among sales specialists, Client Success, Professional Services, and partners.
• Lead strategies for opportunities, manage deal governance, and engage with executives.
• Oversee pipeline management, conduct account reviews, handle commercial negotiations, and create success plans.
• Foster executive relationships, maintain account plans, manage forecasts, increase business-unit penetration, achieve revenue targets, and enhance client satisfaction.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, strategic account management, or complex solution selling.
• Proven experience in building relationships with C-suite executives and senior business leaders.
• Strong history of managing large, intricate accounts and multi-million-dollar opportunities.
• Demonstrated capacity to surpass revenue targets and drive sustained account growth.
• Exceptional executive presence along with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization.
• Completion of post-secondary education.
