Client Engagement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Facilitate a smooth transition from prospect to client.

• Execute consistent and strategic follow-ups with potential clients.

• Collect pertinent information regarding prospective legal issues.

• Engage in initial consultations and discovery discussions with leads.

• Act as the primary liaison for prospective clients (PNCs).

• Effectively communicate the benefits of the firm’s legal services.

• Assist prospective clients throughout the consultation and retention process.

• Keep accurate records in the CRM and firm systems.

• Organize lead pipelines and communication schedules efficiently.

• Oversee the entire sales process from initial inquiry to retention.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Intake, Client Success, or Business Development.

• Proven experience in converting prospects into paying clients or customers.

• Strong background in customer service.

• Experience in high-emotion or consultative environments is preferred.
