This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Contact every new lead within one business day.

• Engage with potential clients regarding current promotions, including the Two Week Trial.

• Transform prospective clients into confirmed bookings.

• Address inquiries and alleviate any concerns of prospective clients.

• Establish authentic connections through friendly, unscripted conversations.

• Document comprehensive notes in Lead Management contact cards for visibility to leadership.

• Update Mindbody profiles to facilitate ongoing client engagement.
