This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +4 more states.
• Conduct a significant number of outbound and inbound calls to follow up on consumer samples and leads generated from campaigns.
• Generate interest in Convatec products through conversations with patients, assess customer needs, and deliver customized information.
• Offer solutions that enhance consumer experiences and support Convatec’s products and services.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls related to product inquiries and customer service concerns.
• Work in conjunction with additional me+ resources to ensure a comprehensive consultative experience.
• Organize and prioritize sales and support tasks to meet revenue objectives.
• Achieve and surpass monthly efficiency, activity, and sales benchmarks.
• Deliver positive customer experiences and life-enhancing advice using a structured approach to secure sales.
• Ensure that customer interactions adhere to established guidelines and regulations.
• Build knowledge of products and the competitive market landscape.
• Share campaign feedback and consumer insights with the marketing team.
• Utilize computer-based contact and database management systems effectively.
• Complete customer profiles, document post-call notes, manage sample activities, fulfill literature requests, and execute follow-up actions.
• Engage in team development initiatives, coaching, and training sessions.
• Maintain a positive and professional phone presence.
• Assist the Team Supervisor with various projects and undertake other assigned responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience in a call center and/or sales environment, particularly in tele-sales and/or indirect sales activities.
• Proven ability to work efficiently within structured inbound/outbound campaigns.
• Openness to experimenting with new processes and providing constructive feedback.
• Capability to engage in structured conversations, troubleshoot issues, and offer consumer-centric solutions.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent phone etiquette.
• Competitive spirit for achieving sales goals combined with an understanding of “caring while selling” in the healthcare sector.
• Exceptional patience and empathy towards customers.
• Skill in delivering clear, concise processes, procedures, and step-by-step guidance.
• Strong skills in listening, questioning, and probing.
• Results-driven and sociable personality with the ability to build rapport and engage in meaningful conversations.
• Willingness to follow instructions and guidelines meticulously.
• Compassion and empathy for ostomy end consumers.
• Strong teamwork capabilities.
• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales/customer service experience.
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in healthcare or customer service is preferred.
