This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of client relationships. Develop enduring partnerships based on transparency and business insight. Come prepared with a perspective on client needs, what defines success, and essential conversations that must take place.

• Focus on the core issue. Collaborate with clients to uncover the real challenges rather than making assumptions too early. Center every interaction around business outcomes: revenue, costs, margins, risks, and speed.

• Foster growth opportunities. Recognize and cultivate chances for expansion within your accounts. Collaborate with Growth Managing Principals on account strategies that are anchored in delivery realities and client trust.

• Ensure delivery quality. Monitor satisfaction and potential risks proactively. Highlight trade-offs and issues early on — before they escalate. Be aware of when to involve senior leadership.

• Maintain close involvement in the work. Engage in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and client evaluations — the hands-on tasks are critical, and excelling in these areas enhances the credibility of strategic initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in client-facing positions with strong accountability for relationships, delivery, and account growth.

• Background in technology, data, or AI consulting is highly preferred.

• An instinct for knowing when to engage, how to navigate challenging conversations, and how to effectively communicate with executives (English C1 proficiency required).

• Ability to manage day-to-day engagements while also developing a strategic perspective on account direction.

• Proven experience collaborating across Growth, Delivery, and Solutions to provide integrated client experiences.

• Bonus: experience in data science, AI, or digital transformation; familiarity with high-growth environments; previous people management experience in client-facing roles.
