This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Evaluate business opportunities and eliminate organizational obstacles.
• Identify subject matter experts for both operational design and implementation.
• Collaborate with Business Development to define project requirements, scope, and success metrics.
• Complete Salesforce documentation following a successful bid.
• Mobilize cross-functional teams across CRM, incentive compensation, data, and reporting.
• Develop project strategies, schedules, costs, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Formulate execution plans in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Monitor project activities, risks, and issues to ensure timelines are met and customer needs are fulfilled.
• Resolve issues or escalate mitigation recommendations to Deployment Solutions management.
• Address team dynamics and interpersonal challenges.
• Coordinate interdependencies with other program managers.
• Organize and lead status review meetings and formal project evaluations.
• Assist GDM by providing operational service details in Statements of Work.
• Show a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• BA/BS degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 3+ years of experience in client services, operational management, or account management.
• Preferred: at least 3+ years of experience in the Life Sciences Industry, specifically in field sales administration/operations.
• Basic understanding of Life Sciences Commercial operations, including Field Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Clinical Educators, and Engagement Center programs.
• Fundamental knowledge of Sales Force Automation, CRM, Reporting/Analytics, Targeting/Alignments, Incentive Compensation, and Data Management.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and account management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Proficient in SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Basic understanding and application of project management principles and techniques.
• Strong aptitude for automated systems.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to convert customer requirements into technical specifications.
• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining an action-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week.
