This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Serve as a Strategic AI Client Director for the designated West Coast territory, promoting the adoption of DDN’s AI infrastructure solutions within enterprise and research organizations.
• Propel revenue growth and meet or surpass the assigned sales quota throughout the West Coast region.
• Formulate and implement strategic territory and account plans aimed at organizations developing large-scale AI and high-performance computing environments.
• Discover and validate new opportunities across various sectors, including financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, technology, research institutions, and large enterprises.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with senior technical leaders, AI infrastructure teams, and executive decision-makers at target accounts.
• Collaborate with solutions architects and engineering teams to design and showcase AI infrastructure and high-performance data storage solutions.
• Provide engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals that highlight the advantages of DDN’s AI-optimized storage platforms.
• Oversee the complete enterprise sales cycle, which includes pipeline development, forecasting, contract negotiations, and closing deals.
• Foster strong relationships with channel partners, system integrators, OEM partners, and distributors to broaden market presence.
• Stay informed about market trends related to AI infrastructure, GPU computing, large-scale model training, and high-performance data environments.
• Represent DDN at industry events, conferences, and customer interactions to create new opportunities and enhance market visibility.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, ideally in storage, compute, networking, or infrastructure platforms.
• Proven experience in selling AI infrastructure, HPC solutions, cloud platforms, or enterprise data center technologies.
• Documented success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas in enterprise technology settings.
• Experience managing intricate enterprise sales cycles that involve technical buyers and executive stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within the East Coast territory as required.
• In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for variable compensation (commission).
