This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Proactively challenge existing practices and assist clients in reimagining how data and insights can enhance commercial performance.
• Lead consultative discovery discussions that reveal strategic challenges within commercial, insights, and field organizations.
• Act as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding client goals and demonstrating how ODAIA solutions deliver measurable business results.
• Develop and maintain robust executive-level relationships with decision-makers at Director, VP, and C-suite levels.
• Drive new business growth within designated segments, particularly focusing on mid-sized to enterprise Life Sciences companies.
• Support the entire enterprise sales process, including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, proposal creation, and closing deals.
• Oversee complex buying groups and various stakeholders within pharmaceutical organizations.
• Collaborate with Product, Solutions Architecture, and Marketing teams to co-develop compelling, value-oriented proposals and presentations.
• Ensure accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and adherence to CRM practices.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS or technology sales with a proven history of surpassing quotas and driving revenue growth in the commercial pharma sector.
• Demonstrated ability to engage senior executives and influence purchasing decisions within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong consultative selling abilities, with experience in value-based discussions and extended sales cycles.
• Exceptional communication (both written and verbal), negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools for managing pipeline and reporting purposes.
• Self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for cultivating client relationships.
