• Proactively challenge existing norms and assist clients in reimagining how data and insights can enhance commercial performance.
• Facilitate consultative discovery discussions that reveal strategic challenges within commercial, insights, and field organizations.
• Act as a trusted advisor, gaining a thorough understanding of client goals and articulating how ODAIA solutions achieve measurable business results.
• Establish and cultivate strong relationships with executive decision-makers at the Director, VP, and C-suite levels.
• Drive new business development within assigned segments, primarily targeting mid-sized to enterprise Life Sciences organizations.
• Oversee the complete enterprise sales cycle, which includes prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, and closing deals.
• Navigate complex buying groups and multiple stakeholders within pharmaceutical organizations.
• Collaborate with Product, Solutions Architecture, and Marketing teams to co-develop compelling, value-oriented proposals and demonstrations.
• Ensure accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and adherence to CRM practices.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS or technology sales, with a proven history of surpassing quotas and driving revenue growth within the commercial pharmaceutical sector.
• Demonstrated capability to engage senior executives and influence purchasing decisions within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong consultative selling abilities, with experience in value-based discussions and extended sales cycles.
• Exceptional communication (both written and verbal), negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools for effective pipeline management and reporting.
• A self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for fostering client relationships.
