This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee Nexthink's most significant and intricate enterprise partnerships.
• Drive contract renewals and enhance platform usage.
• Establish multi-level, CxO relationships.
• Create strategic account plans and oversee business objectives.
• Collaborate with clients to align Nexthink's platform with their business goals.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise technology sales or account management.
• Minimum of 2 years in a Client Director or similar role managing large, complex enterprise accounts.
• Hands-on experience in IT Service Management, Digital Employee Experience, or related enterprise software sectors.
• Proven track record of engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
