This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Support the Client Development and Partnership teams by drafting, reviewing, and monitoring proposals and contracts.
β’ Organize and schedule demonstrations, webinars, and in-person client presentations.
β’ Procure and manage promotional items, marketing materials, and giveaways for client meetings and events.
β’ Follow up with brokers, potential clients, and partners regarding proposals and subsequent actions.
β’ Provide timely updates and reminders to keep the BD team aligned with deliverables.
β’ Collaborate with the Client Success team to facilitate seamless client onboarding and implementation after securing a deal.
β’ Keep precise records in the CRM system, ensuring that all proposals, follow-ups, and client interactions are documented.
β’ Assist with administrative and organizational tasks as needed to bolster the overall operations of Client Development and Partnership.
β’ Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by Leadership.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in client or partnership development coordination, sales support, or a comparable administrative/operations role.
β’ Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a knack for managing multiple priorities concurrently.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fully remote work setting.
β’ Capacity to collaborate effectively across teams and nurture relationships with external partners.
β’ Background in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.
β’ Proficient in Customer Relationship Management systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, and Tableau), Google Workplace, Slack, with limited use of Microsoft Office Suite.
