This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Take ownership of the relationship between the client and the CEO, along with the executive steering committee β acting as a peer with genuine decision-making authority.
β’ Manage the transformation cadence, which includes weekly reviews, monthly finance-verified value assessments, and quarterly business evaluations.
β’ Propel a swift, fixed-scope initial success using the client's actual data, then guide the comprehensive rollout (starting with leadership and extending to the broader team).
β’ Convert client challenges into clear, build-ready specifications for remote engineers; oversee adoption and approval processes.
β’ Be directly responsible for a finance-verified result that the client can observe in their Profit & Loss statement.
β’ Develop a portfolio of 2β3 high-profile CEO accounts as engagements progress.
β’ Manage the entire rollout process from initiation through adoption, approval, and handover β ensuring each phase is completed on schedule and achieves measurable results.
β’ Document the methodology after each deployment to streamline future projects, reducing the ramp-up time required.
β’ A proven history of delivering tangible outcomes β you have influenced a P&L or led a transformation, rather than merely advising on one.
β’ Comfort in the CEO's office: the capability to engage with a mid-market CEO as an equal and quickly earn organizational trust.
β’ Sufficient technical knowledge to prototype, specify work, and guide engineers β you define the solution instead of waiting for one.
β’ You excel in uncertain environments β effectively navigating incomplete information, evolving requirements, and a lack of established procedures.
β’ Willingness and enthusiasm to be on-site with clients, requiring approximately 30β60% travel.
β’ Preferable background: experience at a top-tier strategy firm (from Engagement Manager to Associate Partner) or a demonstrated track record as an in-house transformation leader.
β’ Practical experience with AI and data tools is a significant advantage.
β’ Compensation: A competitive base salary aligned with your market and level of seniority, in addition to a performance bonus linked to achieved outcomes.
β’ Equity: Substantial, founder-level ownership β representing the real potential for upside, appropriately sized.
β’ Authority: Genuine decision-making rights and an interim-executive mandate within the client organization where permitted. You are accountable for the results.
β’ Trajectory: A collection of prominent CEO relationships and a defined pathway to becoming Regional GM for Latin America.
β’ Location: On-site with the client during implementation (approximately 30β60% travel throughout LATAM); your home base is flexible.
β’ The role's significance is amplified by AI: Valis automates the coordination, reporting, and status components of a company. This position operates on the other side of that equation: gaining CEO trust, exercising judgment in uncertainty, and being accountable for concrete results are precisely what cannot be automated. As the platform strengthens, the role gains leverage β it does not diminish.
