Client Delivery Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Foster learner readiness and accountability during onboarding by tracking engagement, coaching performance, reinforcing expectations, and facilitating a smooth transition from training to the production floor.

• Implement the certification strategy from readiness to completion, which includes mock calls, knowledge validation, performance calibration, and go-live recommendations in collaboration with Team Leads and QA.

• Establish collaborations with Program Managers, Team Leads, QA, and client stakeholders to ensure training execution aligns with business priorities and evolving program requirements.

• Oversee the post-training mentoring experience through structured skill application, coaching sessions, shadowing opportunities, and feedback mechanisms.

• Create, develop, and continuously enhance learning materials, such as facilitator guides, participant resources, knowledge assessments, call frameworks, and scalable enablement tools.

• Evaluate training effectiveness by analyzing learner performance data, certification results, business metrics, and stakeholder input.

• Provide ongoing enablement to address performance gaps, reinforce key behaviors, and support continuous skill development.

• Identify learning opportunities through feedback, quality trends, and business performance analytics, then apply targeted enhancements.

• Manage onboarding and enablement programs from initiation to completion, ensuring learners, leaders, tools, and resources are adequately prepared.

• Spearhead training initiatives by planning and overseeing program resources, materials, and budget allocations.

• Conduct program-specific onboarding to help new hires acclimate quickly and perform with confidence.

• Facilitate training covering product knowledge, sales methodologies, roleplay progression, and certification preparedness.

• Understanding of adult learning principles.

• Proficiency in training facilitation and delivery.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong project management capabilities with a proven history of meeting deadlines.

• Proven aptitude for coaching, mentoring, and developing learners.

• Experience in content development and sales processes.

• Previous experience in a client-embedded or program-specific training position.
