Client Delivery Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Assist in advancing client projects through onboarding, configuration, and feature deployments

• Investigate and resolve client-related issues

• Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams

• Ensure transparency regarding status, risks, and decisions

• Enhance delivery playbooks and checklists as trends are identified

• Strong foundational qualities: ownership, judgment, and technical curiosity

• Excellent communication abilities

• Capability to navigate complex client situations

• Comfort with uncertainty and changing priorities

• Technical aptitude: comprehension of systems, configuration, data, and dependencies

• Sound judgment in terms of escalation and action

• Experience in client operations, product operations, implementation, delivery, and support

• Practical experience with AI to enhance workflows
