This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• As a member of the Client Delivery Operations team, you will facilitate the progress of client projects across onboarding, configuration, feature deployments, issue resolution, product adoption, and ongoing delivery.

• Collaborate with account managers, product teams, engineering, support staff, and clients.

• Take ownership of daily execution for client workstreams including onboarding, configuration, feature rollouts, updates, and operational requests.

• Transform ambiguous client requirements or internal discussions into actionable steps, prioritized tasks, assigned responsibilities, and clear next steps.

• Ensure the continuity of delivery by coordinating with account management, product development, engineering, support, and operations teams.

• Investigate client concerns by gathering context, reviewing configurations, reproducing issues when feasible, and identifying potential obstacles.

• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to build trust and minimize confusion.

• Enhance delivery playbooks, checklists, templates, and operating practices as recurring patterns are identified.

• Strong sense of ownership.

• High level of agency.

• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between client terminology, product realities, and technical limitations.

• Comfort navigating ambiguity, adapting to shifting priorities, and addressing undefined problems.

• Technical aptitude.

• Sound judgment regarding immediate action items, deeper investigations, and necessary escalations.

• Capability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining focus.

• Practical experience with AI applications.

• Commitment to standards and performance transparency.

• Results-oriented mindset.

• Experience in client operations, product operations, implementation, delivery, support, customer success, or technical account management (preferred).

• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, integrations, CMS tools, or products aimed at developers (preferred).

• Background in sports, media, content, or live digital products (preferred).
