Client Delivery Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the progression of client projects during the onboarding phase

• Support in the setup and deployment of features

• Address client concerns and promote product usage

• Collaborate with account managers, product teams, engineering, and support staff

• Take charge of executing client workstreams

• Examine client issues and verify configurations

• Utilize AI and internal resources for documentation and analysis

• Keep updated on status and actions

• Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams

• Enhance delivery playbooks and templates

• Experience in client operations, product operations, implementation, delivery, support, customer success, or technical account management (preferred)

• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, integrations, CMS tools, or products aimed at developers (preferred)

• Experience in the sports, media, content, or live digital product sectors (preferred)
