
Client Delivery Manager – Revenue Cycle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Take full responsibility for operational alignment for designated client accounts.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of client contracts, SLAs, service-line scope, workflows, and operational dependencies.
• Convert operational performance data into insightful narratives that effectively communicate drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Anticipate trends, risks, and misalignments throughout the client lifecycle and propose corrective measures.
• Collaborate with clients to synchronize operational expectations with internal capabilities and limitations.
• Oversee operational performance indicators and inventory health to detect emerging issues or inconsistencies.
• Spearhead structured root cause analysis initiatives alongside Revenue Services and other internal teams.
• Formulate clear, results-oriented action plans with specified ownership, sequencing, and follow-up.
• Monitor action plan progress and assess its effectiveness over time.
• Utilize sound judgment to decide when and how to escalate issues, providing detailed context, analysis, and suggested solutions.
• Manage the preparation and facilitation of monthly operational reviews and regular client meetings.
• Create agendas, reporting narratives, and discussion materials customized to client priorities.
• Conduct client discussions confidently, professionally, and with a consultative approach.
• Record meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items, ensuring effective follow-through.
• Act as a consistent and dependable operational resource for assigned client accounts.
• Work closely with Revenue Services leadership and operational teams to grasp performance drivers and limitations.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Implementation, Product, and Technology teams to ensure alignment throughout the client lifecycle.
• Lead internal account reviews and ensure all internal stakeholders are aligned on priorities, risks, and commitments.
• Advocate for client needs while maintaining enterprise standards and scalability.
• Guarantee accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, escalations, and decisions in CRM and internal systems.
• Consistently apply Client Alignment methodologies and standards across assigned accounts.
• Identify recurring themes, systemic issues, or areas for improvement across the client portfolio.
• Contribute to initiatives for process improvement, workflow refinement, and documentation updates.
• Assist in onboarding and knowledge transfer for new team members as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, client-facing roles, or similar environments.
• Foundational knowledge of operational workflows, data interpretation, and client support models.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the capability to convey operational information effectively.
• Proven ability to independently manage client relationships and operational discussions.
• Strong analytical skills with the competence to interpret data and convert it into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience with client-facing presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority in cross-functional settings.
• Consistent and timely attendance.
