Client Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for managing relationships with client counterparts, including product owners and business owners.

• You will act as the primary contact for technical development and serve as the escalation and resolution point for clients regarding specific domain or product issues.

• You will possess comprehensive knowledge of how Kraken operates and how we deliver the Kraken Platform.

• You will triage incoming requests and communicate client priorities internally.

• You will summarize and convey client needs, considerations, and timelines to facilitate the ongoing development of the Kraken platform.

• You will support the engineering team in delivering product features.

• You will encourage clients to think innovatively about technical development, fully embracing our approach of continuous iteration and deployment.

• This is an individual contributor role that is hands-on. The position is based in Europe, and you may run projects from any country, with travel expected as part of the role.

• We maintain a flat and agile organizational structure and intend to keep it that way.

• Experience in strong client delivery and/or product ownership.

• Background in agile delivery methodologies.

• Familiarity with product management and customer journey mapping.

• A solid understanding of technology and its associated trends.

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

• Strong influencing capabilities and the ability to challenge conventional thinking.

• Experience working with complex delivery pipelines for clients.

• Patience and initiative, as our clients are undergoing significant transformations that require time and understanding.

• Excellent time management and a proactive, results-driven attitude.

• Consulting experience is advantageous.

• Fluency in English and Spanish (other European languages are also relevant for this role).

• Prior experience in the electricity/utilities market in Spain or another European country is a strong "nice to have."
