This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will be responsible for managing the relationships with client counterparts, which often include product owners and business owners.
• As the primary point of contact for technical development, you will handle the escalation and resolution of specific domain and product issues with customers.
• You will serve as the knowledge hub regarding how Kraken operates and the delivery of the Kraken Platform.
• Your role will involve triaging incoming requests and effectively communicating client priorities within the organization.
• You will summarize and articulate client needs, considerations, and timelines internally to facilitate the ongoing development of the Kraken platform.
• You will support the engineering team in delivering product features.
• You will encourage clients to adopt innovative approaches to tech development, fully embracing our philosophy of continuous iteration and deployment.
• This position is hands-on and requires individual contribution. It is based in Europe, and project management may require travel across various countries.
• You must adhere to the Kraken way of delivering technology, focusing on simplicity, client benefit, and efficiency while guiding stakeholders through a transformative journey.
• You should be ready to challenge established beliefs, demonstrate the ability to understand various perspectives, and, if necessary, extend your support to the client beyond your usual responsibilities.
• Proven experience in client delivery and/or product ownership.
• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies.
• Background in product management and customer journey mapping.
• Strong understanding of technology and related trends.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Strong influencing capabilities and the willingness to challenge conventional thinking.
• Experience working with complex delivery pipelines for clients.
• Patience and initiative, as our clients are navigating significant transformations that require time and understanding.
• Effective time management skills and a proactive approach to getting things done.
• Consulting experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English and German is required (additional European languages are also advantageous for this role).
• Previous experience in the electricity/utilities sector in Germany or another European country is a significant plus.
