Client Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of Consumer Flex implementations for enterprise clients.

• Lead intricate integration projects that involve multiple systems and stakeholders.

• Serve as the primary contact person for clients during the implementation process.

• Manage project planning, timelines, and execution across various work streams simultaneously.

• Proactively identify and address obstacles to maintain project momentum.

• Travel regularly and work on-site with clients to ensure successful project delivery.

• Guarantee a successful go-live and support the initial rollout phases after implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in delivering software implementations within enterprise settings.

• A demonstrated history of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish.

• Strong skills in project management and execution, including planning, coordination, and delivery.

• Experience collaborating with technical integration and engineering teams.

• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and client communication.

• Capability to operate across both technical and commercial areas.

• Highly organized, structured, and proactive in driving progress.

• Nice to haves:

• - Experience in the energy, climate tech, or related industries such as fintech or other complex integration-heavy environments (e.g., core banking platforms).

• - Background in product-led or engineering-led organizations.

• - Experience working in rapidly scaling startups.
