Client Delivery Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage and prioritize incoming requests within the Client Delivery Salesforce Case Queue, including enrollments and terminations by Third-Party Administrators (TPA), ensuring prompt and precise resolution.

• Assess and direct client requests to the suitable internal teams (such as product, engagement, technology) and track their progress until completion.

• Maintain a comprehensive operational knowledge of all data files exchanged with clients.

• Assist in enhancing data integrity by conducting file audits, generating Machine-Readable File (MRF) data summaries for client-facing teams, and identifying any data gaps or issues that could impact product performance.

• Resolve user access challenges within Valenz Central, ensuring that both clients and internal stakeholders have the appropriate platform functionality.

• Collaborate with the Client Delivery team on implementation-related tasks to facilitate smooth onboarding and ensure client satisfaction.

• Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned to support the Client Delivery function and the organization’s objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Operations, Data Analytics, Client Delivery, or a related role.

• Highly organized with the capability to prioritize and manage tasks autonomously.

• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to engage positively with a diverse range of colleagues.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• A curious mindset with analytical thinking and a focus on solutions.

• Preferred: Experience with Salesforce.
