Client Delivery Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee client inventory within Machinfy and other client systems.

• Conduct requirements gathering to address client issues that arise during daily Operations and implement suitable processes to monitor resolution using the Client Action Log and Jira ticketing system.

• Enter, monitor, and follow up on tickets to ensure prompt resolution of client production issues.

• Assist internal Operations teams through regularly scheduled meetings to ensure that processes are adapted to meet changing needs, including rule changes, modifications to process flows, and escalations.

• Aid in the client invoicing and/or reconciliation processes.

• Create and distribute client reports as needed.

• Communicate and address significant issues with IT and Operations teams, continuing to serve as a liaison until all issues are fully resolved.

• Participate in external client meetings with leadership teams and relay relevant information to appropriate internal teams, acting as a support resource for client teams.

• Configure new users for clients within Machinify’s systems.

• Maintain access requirements for client systems essential for conducting inventory management tasks.

• Undertake QA and UAT activities as required.

• Additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in data production is preferred; experience in the health industry is a significant advantage.

• Demonstrated experience in business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development.

• Experience in managing multiple clients/projects within a team setting.

• Proficiency in independently structuring and executing complex analyses.
