This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Keep payer contracts and fee schedules for customer accounts current.
• Execute data discovery and entry tasks, which include formatting spreadsheets and accurately modeling fee schedules.
• Analyze, interpret, and comprehend the terms of payer contracts.
• Efficiently complete task lists and provide timely progress updates.
• Produce high-quality, detail-focused work to ensure the readiness of accounts.
• Engage with clients regarding the specifics of their payer contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams for further research, problem resolution, and preventative strategies.
• Assist with escalated and complex issues by investigating solutions and clearly communicating with stakeholders.
• Take part in team meetings and contribute to the formulation of client service strategies and a high-quality client service experience.
• Offer support to fellow team members during busy periods or when extra assistance is required.
• An associate's degree with 1 year of experience OR a high school diploma with 3 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of physician and/or hospital reimbursement methodologies.
• Experience in modeling fee schedules or working with physician and/or hospital billing.
• Proficiency in using AI tools effectively, with an understanding of how to develop/create intelligent prompts and/or agents.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and support tools.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing effectively.
• Empathy and patience when interacting with clients.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
