This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a primary liaison between reviewers and clients.
• Ensure timely assignment, acceptance, and completion of cases.
• Maintain regular communication through email and dispatch timely reminders.
• Oversee deadlines and assist in upholding high-quality deliverables.
• Aid in proofreading cases prior to submission.
• Manage and promptly respond to client inquiries.
• Employ systems and databases for information retrieval and entry.
• Maintain daily communication with the QA department regarding workflow.
• Reach out to providers for assignments and update databases accordingly.
• Organize and archive both open and closed cases.
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• At least one year of clerical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• Proficient in various software applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and the Internet.
• Must be trained on and comply with HIPAA regulations and standards.
• Capable typist with a minimum typing speed of 40 W.P.M.
• Must exhibit accuracy, thoroughness, and accountability for work quality, as well as the initiative to identify areas for improvement.
• Exceptional communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively is required.
• Must maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Should foster and promote a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
