Client Analyst II – Temp

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver continuous service to meet client needs and business objectives

• Act as the primary system support for designated clients

• Update and maintain client benefits websites

• Conduct audits and review files to ensure data accuracy and integrity

• Oversee daily, weekly, and annual file processing for inbound and outbound operations

• Investigate, analyze, and resolve participant inquiries and cases

• Perform client-specific reporting and assist with ACA processing tasks

• Conduct system testing for platform updates and annual enrollment processes

• Review documentation for releases to understand system modifications and their effects on clients

• Implement operational processes as outlined in client Admin Guides

• Configure and test system features for client projects and enrollments

• Address client inquiries through thorough research and analysis

• Handle billing processes, including invoice creation, payment posting, and reconciliation of receivables

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution or a comparable combination of education and experience

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Significant experience with databases, including data analysis and manipulation

• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Background in benefits administration systems, payroll systems, HRIS, or similar software platforms

• Previous experience with ACA processing preferred

• Experience in client-facing, service-oriented roles preferred

• Knowledge of benefits enrollment cycles and support for annual open enrollment preferred
