This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships by selling the company's services through phone calls and email correspondence, while ensuring continuous revenue growth and meeting client needs.
• Engage with various customer segments, including high-value clients (the largest revenue contributors); new clients; those who have stopped publishing; clients with declining spending; and those who do not purchase placement packages.
• Achieve monthly KPIs and complete tasks assigned by the team leader in a timely manner.
• Actively interact with customer segments through phone calls and professional email communication: from establishing contact, qualifying the client, identifying needs, to selling our services and closing deals.
• Effectively collaborate with related departments: content team, sales support sector, voice support team, etc.
• Maintain CRM knowledge, adhering to internal regulations and performing actions in accordance with these regulations. Provide quality and timely work with systems such as SalesForce, TalkDesk, Triton, etc.
• You have over 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
• You are fluent in Ukrainian and possess English language skills at A2-B1 level.
• You have experience working with the Salesforce CRM system and the TalkDesk cloud platform, are proficient with Google Workspace tools, and understand how to utilize Tableau for data viewing and analysis.
• You are motivated to earn, grow, and are results-oriented.
