This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Make a substantial number of outbound calls to potential clients, presenting them with Koala Health’s offerings.
• Manage incoming customer calls to assist with a diverse range of functions through cross-trained operational processes.
• Effectively articulate Koala’s value and guide pet owners through the journey of becoming clients.
• Address objections and respond to inquiries with professionalism and expertise regarding Koala’s services, fostering confidence and advancing discussions.
• Monitor and record outreach activities using internal tools to guarantee timely follow-up and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide feedback and insights to colleagues to enhance outreach strategies.
• Represent Koala with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm in every interaction.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Over 1 year of experience in customer or client-facing roles, including outbound calling, inside sales, or client engagement duties.
• Availability on weekends is essential, with two days off during the week as part of a scheduling arrangement.
• Ability to manage a high volume of phone calls daily.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to modify tone and style for each conversation.
• Proficient with computer and web-based applications.
• Comfortable working in a virtual setting with dependable internet access and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
