
Client Acquisition Manager, Licensed Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• You will serve as the firm’s representative for new clients, leveraging your legal expertise to foster trust and your sales acumen to finalize agreements.
• Attain proficiency in HubSpot CRM and oversee the sales process from the initial outreach to the signing of engagement letters.
• Regularly meet set monthly conversion and case acceptance objectives while contributing to the strategic enhancement of sales scripts or intake procedures.
• Possess a J.D. and maintain an active license to practice law in a US state.
• At least 1 year of legal practice experience.
• A minimum of 1–2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving performance quotas.
• At least 1 year of professional experience utilizing HubSpot (or similar CRMs) for managing pipelines.
• Proven ability to convert complex healthcare law into practical value propositions for potential clients.
• Active license to practice law in Minnesota or California is preferred.
• Preferred physical residence near San Diego, CA, or the Twin Cities, MN.
• Familiarity with AI tools and comfort in utilizing them for AI-assisted tasks is preferred.
• A keen interest in participating in the firm’s content creation, including video production and thought leadership, is preferred.
• 50% premium coverage funded by the Company.
• 3% Company matching contribution to an IRA (based on base salary).
• 18 days of paid time off plus 7 paid holidays each year.
• Flexible time off available after 1 year of employment.
• Commission structure: 2% of Attributed Gross Revenue, disbursed quarterly.
