This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Facilitate the implementation of TreviPay's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to enhance B2B collection initiatives.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in all communications via phone, email, and meetings, engaging both internal and external stakeholders.
• Respond swiftly and accurately to client inquiries, including requests for payment history and invoices, while effectively navigating core systems.
• Keep the past-due rate below departmental limits and consistently meet productivity goals.
• Exhibit the capability to meet or surpass both quality and productivity performance standards.
• Show proficiency in identifying root causes, aiding customers in achieving future success.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and make routine decisions.
• Ability to work swiftly and accurately at the same time.
• Capability to meet deadlines consistently.
