Client Account Lead – Strategy & Transformation, Logistics/Transportation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• The Customer Value Partner (CVP) serves as the primary leader for customer success, acting as a trusted advisor for a strategic client.

• This role entails collaborating with C-Level Executives to jointly establish a long-term vision for leveraging Celonis to transform their business while mobilizing the essential resources from Celonis.

• Working alongside our cross-functional Celonis teams, you will facilitate measurable business outcomes across diverse processes and industries, while accelerating the adoption of our platform.

• The CVP will advocate for transformational initiatives throughout Celonis and client accounts, promoting innovation and strategic change to maximize value and drive business transformation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in customer success, strategy consulting, or related fields (or similar industries such as Production, Manufacturing, etc.) is required.

• Extensive experience in managing large-scale transformation programs, process re-engineering projects, and implementations is essential.

• Familiarity with logistics clients and processes is critical.

• Experience in AI-driven transformation is highly advantageous.

• A strong foundation in successful change management practices is necessary.

• Ability to navigate large global organizations and persuade through data, facts, and confidence.

• Proficient in collaborating with internal resources to design, present, and sell opportunities alongside relevant subject matter experts and practice leads.

• A natural and consultative approach when interacting with senior executives is vital.

• A strong team player who motivates the team with a patient and entrepreneurial leadership style.

• Project management skills, including the ability to organize and oversee multiple streams of work.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate Celonis use cases to the customer's business landscape.

• Must be self-motivated and a proactive team player.

• Capable of thriving in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments involving various stakeholders.

• Native-level or near-native proficiency in German (both written and spoken), with the ability to confidently engage German-speaking customers, facilitate workshops, and present to executive stakeholders.
