Cleaning Team Member

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Responsible for cleaning both residential and commercial spaces, which includes mopping and vacuuming floors, cleaning high and low surfaces, washing windows, emptying trash, washing walls, and daily cleaning of rags and mop heads, along with vacuum cleaner maintenance and filter cleaning.

• Occasionally assist with laundry tasks for rental properties.

• Ensure that all work meets quality standards for each assigned task.

• Adhere to safety policies and procedures, and report any issues promptly.

• Work effectively either as part of a team or independently.

• Carry out repetitive tasks as needed.

• Tasks may include, but are not limited to: dusting, emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms, windows, sinks, appliances, lobbies, conference rooms, locker rooms, break rooms, restocking cleaning supplies, removing cobwebs, and using step stools or ladders.

• Complete any additional cleaning duties necessary to achieve job completion.

• Must have a smartphone capable of downloading the business application.

• Must be capable of multitasking while maintaining attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to follow directions and focus on details.

• Must understand safety protocols, adhere to the company handbook, and comply with attendance policies.

• Ability to adapt to changes in tasks or assignments beyond normal duties is required.

• Flexibility and dependability are critical.

• Must be proficient in reading, speaking, and writing in English.

• Must be comfortable working in environments with various types of pets.

• Must recognize personal physical limitations as necessary to perform job functions, which include standing, walking, sitting, squatting, kneeling, bending, pushing/pulling up to 20 lbs, and using hands for various tasks such as gripping, reaching above the shoulder, and balancing.

• Specific vision abilities necessary for this role include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust and focus 100%.
