This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
β’ Ensure comprehensive daily communication support for both inbound and outbound interactions (phone, email, etc.).
β’ Handle incoming inquiries from customers and retailers, providing follow-up throughout the entire claims process (evaluating coverage, sending inspection packets, authorizing technicians, ordering parts, suggesting exchanges, managing settlements, and addressing complaints).
β’ Assess and track ongoing claims while actively following up to expedite claim resolution, all while upholding exceptional accuracy and customer service standards.
β’ Deliver prompt actions and responses to all communications received from retailers, customers, and manufacturers.
β’ Receive and evaluate Inspection Packets submitted by customers, determining warranty replacement eligibility or denial.
β’ Provide and facilitate Service Solutions for consumers, whether their claims are out-of-warranty or not included in a protection plan.
β’ Acquire a basic understanding of the retailer portal to offer guidance on claims processes.
β’ Manage inbound calls by documenting updates and outlining any necessary follow-up actions.
β’ Possession of a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
β’ Proficiency in computer usage and keyboard skills.
