Claims Specialist, Bilingual – Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Ensure comprehensive daily communication support for both inbound and outbound interactions (phone, email, etc.).

• Handle incoming inquiries from customers and retailers, providing follow-up throughout the entire claims process (evaluating coverage, sending inspection packets, authorizing technicians, ordering parts, suggesting exchanges, managing settlements, and addressing complaints).

• Assess and track ongoing claims while actively following up to expedite claim resolution, all while upholding exceptional accuracy and customer service standards.

• Deliver prompt actions and responses to all communications received from retailers, customers, and manufacturers.

• Receive and evaluate Inspection Packets submitted by customers, determining warranty replacement eligibility or denial.

• Provide and facilitate Service Solutions for consumers, whether their claims are out-of-warranty or not included in a protection plan.

• Acquire a basic understanding of the retailer portal to offer guidance on claims processes.

• Manage inbound calls by documenting updates and outlining any necessary follow-up actions.
