This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.

📋 Description

• Diligently verifies and clarifies coverage details to Policyholders, establishing clear expectations regarding the claims process.

• Sets reserves for expected losses, organizes vehicle inspections and rental authorizations, and makes referrals to specialized teams as necessary.

• Acts as the main point of contact for customers and collaborates with various departments; investigates and promptly addresses customer inquiries and/or concerns with empathy to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Exhibits the capability to resolve claims efficiently and accurately.

• Regularly tracks progress and exposures, issuing payments that are both accurate and timely.

• Conducts investigations and evaluations of claims through interviews, documentation review, and evidence collection.

• Records interactions, conversations, and claims-related activities clearly and concisely using company systems and tools.

• Identifies and escalates cases with significant indemnity exposure or legal representation to their supervisor for assessment, transfer, or further investigation.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Customer service experience is essential.

• 6-12 months of related experience is preferred.

• Experience in handling a high volume of calls in a professional call center setting is a plus.

• Strong understanding of basic principles and practices of Company policies following the completion of both formal and informal training programs.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, prioritize responsibilities, and produce accurate work to expedite claims resolution while managing a high volume of claims.

• A dedicated workspace free from distractions is necessary.
