Claims Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute prompt and precise actions on accounts.

• Adhere to governmental and managed care guidelines and regulations.

• Achieve departmental objectives along with productivity and quality benchmarks.

• Verify the receipt of daily billing files via the claims clearing house.

• Investigate and resolve claim rejections within specified time limits.

• Notify management of trends or delays in claim rejections.

• Submit paper claims along with necessary documentation as required by payers.

• Carry out the professional, clinical, and/or technical duties of the assigned unit or department.

• Perform additional tasks as directed.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is required.

• Must be capable of executing the professional, clinical, and/or technical responsibilities of the assigned unit or department.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with Epic is preferred.
