This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota, +3 more states.
β’ Deliver daily communication coverage for inbound and outbound interactions (via phone, email, etc.).
β’ Handle customer and retailer inquiries and follow up regarding the entire claims process (assessing coverage, dispatching inspection packets, authorizing technicians, ordering parts, suggesting exchanges, managing settlements, and addressing complaints).
β’ Review and oversee active claims while proactively following up to ensure timely closure, all while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service.
β’ Respond promptly to all communications from retailers, customers, and manufacturers.
β’ Receive and assess Inspection Packets from customers to determine warranty replacements or denials.
β’ Provide and facilitate Service Solutions for consumers, whether out-of-warranty or not covered by a protection plan.
β’ Have a foundational understanding of the retailer portal and offer guidance on claims.
β’ Process incoming calls by documenting updates and outlining any necessary follow-up actions.
β’ Successful comprehension and completion of existing training programs.
β’ Capability to perform functions essential for processing current claims.
β’ High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
β’ Proficiency in computer usage and keyboard skills.
