Claims Recovery Agent

📋 Description

• The Claims Recovery Agent, reporting to the Fleet Asset Manager, plays a key role in assisting customers, suppliers, and the extended team as they navigate the claims process.

• This position involves administering, communicating, and recovering third-party at-fault claims in a dynamic environment.

• The Claims Recovery Agent oversees recoveries from Third Party Insurers for customers experiencing motor claims during their Karmo group subscription, driving the recovery phase of the process.

• A crucial aspect of this role is to maintain comprehensive oversight of claim handling, archiving, reporting best practices, and documenting relevant departmental policies.

• Implement internal claims management protocols to ensure best practices are followed and to optimize recovery results.

• Lead negotiation settlements with involved third-party insurers.

• Collaborate with the Asset Manager to minimize and finalize third-party losses.

• Manage recovery efforts for losses caused by motor vehicle collisions.

• Effectively administer claims files through thorough administrative management.

• Regularly update and maintain precise file records within the claims database systems.

• Act as the main point of contact for the Asset Manager concerning recovery processes.

• Consistently deliver outstanding customer service performance.

• Work in partnership with operations to promote continuous improvement in claims reporting and management.

• Build strong collaborative relationships within the Karmo group and with external supply networks.

• Equipment must be self-provided.

• Computer specifications: RAM: 8GB, CPU/Processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (12th generation or latest), HDD/SDD: 512 GB.

• Operating System: Windows 11 Home or Pro.

• Accessories required: Power Backup (e.g., Powestation, Powerbank, UPS), Extra Display (Secondary/External Monitor), Audio & Video (Noise-Cancelling Headset + Web Cam).

• Internet connection: Minimum speed of 40-50 Mbps for both download and upload bandwidth.
