This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Direct the design, governance, and ongoing enhancement of claims processes across various business lines.
• Manage and prioritize a portfolio of process innovation and automation projects that align with business strategy and operational goals.
• Supervise and actively engage in the testing and validation of new vendor solutions, automation tools, and technology capabilities.
• Collaborate with Claims leadership, frontline operations, Casualty, and Shared Services to pinpoint and implement process enhancements.
• Uphold governance of standard claims processes, ensuring proper documentation, communication, change management, and organizational adoption.
• Work alongside Technology teams and Product Owners to confirm new functionalities, facilitate implementation, and guarantee the sustainability of changes.
• Conduct and lead vendor quality and performance evaluations.
• Over 7 years of experience in claims operations or process enhancement.
• Solid understanding of claims operations.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with vendor solutions and systems testing.
• Strong analytical and facilitation abilities.
• Previous experience in people or project leadership roles.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or Change Management.
• Background in governance or compliance oversight.
