This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist a Claims Director with both leadership and technical responsibilities related to claims.
• Supervise the operations performed by the Real Property Appraisal team.
• Achieve operational efficiency by utilizing technology and analytics effectively.
• Manage both leadership duties and individual contributor tasks as necessary.
• Attract, recruit, retain, and deliver a high level of training with the backing of the leadership team.
• Compile and present detailed claims reports, metrics, and analyses to clients and customers; provide guidance on claim trends and loss mitigation strategies.
• Over 10 years of experience in insurance claims, specifically in real property damage claims; preference for experience with property damage appraisal in platforms such as Xactimate and Symbility.
• More than 5 years of leadership experience, with a preference for managing in a remote setting.
• Proficient with technology, possessing the capability to enhance claims systems and processes to achieve improved efficiencies and results.
• Proven dedication to quality, precision, and meticulous attention to detail.
• High integrity, ethical standards, and a strong sense of accountability in managing confidential and sensitive information.
• An active adjuster license is required: a resident state license if available, or a Designated Home State (DHS) license otherwise.
