Claims Manager – medizinischer Bereich

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• You will handle inquiries and claims from our customers, engaging with them through inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat.

• You will collaborate closely with experienced colleagues and management.

• You will assist in optimizing and automating our processes while contributing your ideas.

• Together as a team, you will achieve daily and monthly goals with focus, structure, and team spirit.

• Initial experience in customer support or claims processing, ideally in a medical or insurance-related environment.

• A confident, friendly demeanor and clear, empathetic communication skills.

• Structured, independent working style and good time management abilities.
