This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Generate and analyze claims payment reports to identify issues.
• Conduct analysis, research, and implement corrections promptly to facilitate provider payments.
• Support the development and maintenance of claim processing procedures, ensuring claims staff comprehend and adhere to these protocols.
• Engage with the provider community to resolve billing concerns.
• Train and mentor team members on claims processing responsibilities to improve overall performance.
• Associate’s degree and three (3) years of experience in extensive claims filing and data reporting; OR Bachelor’s degree with at least one (1) year of relevant experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Candidates must reside in North Carolina.
• Ability to travel within the designated area as necessary.
• An advanced degree is preferred.
• Supervisory experience overseeing two (2) or more employees is required.
• Experience in Physical Health claims is essential.
