This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Evaluate workers' compensation claims for our esteemed clients to ascertain the benefits owed.

• Ensure continual adjudication of claims aligns with service expectations, industry best practices, and specific requirements set by clients.

• Assess and process claims through well-structured action plans to achieve appropriate and timely resolutions by investigating and collecting information to understand the claim's exposure.

• Negotiate settlements of claims within the established authority limits.

• Maintain communication regarding claim activities and processing with both the claimant and the client.

• Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to requests for direction in a professional and timely manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of claims management experience or a comparable combination of education and experience is required.

• A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.

• Professional certification relevant to the line of business is advantageous.

• Knowledge of licensing and jurisdiction in FL, GA, LA, SC, NC, and TX is essential.
