This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Perform initial assessments and evaluations of affirmative claims cases along with associated documentation.
• Request and secure police reports, accident documentation, medical records, insurance details, and other necessary supporting materials.
• Identify possible insurance providers and collect information needed to enhance claim development.
• Engage professionally with claimants, insurance representatives, healthcare providers, attorneys, and government officials.
• Prepare initial Notices of Claim, standard demand letters, and routine correspondence for supervisory approval.
• Ensure precise electronic case file maintenance within the Affirmative Claims Management Program (ACMP) or comparable claims management systems.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in claims processing, insurance operations, legal support, customer service, case management, or similar fields.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
• Capable of conducting research, gathering information, and accurately documenting findings.
