This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for customer experience that aligns with Reserv’s mission and growth objectives.
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics aimed at enhancing satisfaction, retention, and the overall quality of experience.
• Recognize emerging trends and technologies to continually improve our claims experience.
• Represent the voice of the customer in critical business decisions.
• Build, lead, and nurture a high-performing claims team.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and continuous professional development.
• Conduct regular performance assessments and promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
• Act as the escalation point for complex or sensitive customer issues, offering strategic guidance and resolution.
• Utilize data, analytics, and customer feedback to pinpoint pain points and implement enhancements.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to guide the development of tools, systems, and processes that improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Work closely with leaders from Claims Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to advance customer-centric initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
• More than 10 years of experience in insurance claims across various lines; property and/or auto experience is highly preferred.
• Over 5 years of management experience, preferably with remote teams.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results, navigate challenges, and promote continuous improvement.
