Claims Analyst – Casualty and Environmental Liability

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide precise and timely coverage assessments, liability investigations, damage evaluations, and analyses for intricate casualty and environmental claims.

• Determine coverage and prepare comprehensive written coverage positions.

• Conduct investigations, analyze, evaluate, document, manage, report, and implement strategies for effective claims resolution.

• Establish and manage reserves while proactively overseeing litigation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A BA/BS College Degree is mandatory.

• A JD is preferred.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in managing general liability and/or environmental clean-up claims.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong experience in coverage analysis and drafting.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to foster and sustain productive relationships.
